Margaret Goedeke, a native Californian, is the Broker-Owner of Orange Coast Homes in Newport Beach. She has been in real estate for over twenty years and is well-acquainted with the real estate business and our beautiful coastal communities.

Margaret Goedeke not only knows real estate, but has helped educate other Realtors. She taught "Orientation" to new members of the local real estate association. Margaret was the co-developer of a real estate course on cultural etiquette that won the 1989 Education Leadership Award for “jumbo” boards at CAR (California Association of Realtors. She holds a College Certificate in Real Estate and was a
long-time member of CREEA (California Real Estate Education Association) and the Coastline Community College Real Estate Advisory Association, plus several other real estate and education associations.
EDUCATION:
Margaret Goedeke majored in Business Administration at Pepperdine University.She also attended UCI and Pepperdine Law School, Institute of Dispute Resolution. Margaret is a Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) and has also taken residential specialist real estate courses. She was the 1988 recipient of the CCIM scholarship (“Certified Commercial-Investment Member” of the Commercial-Investment Real Estate Institute of NAR) and completed all the upper division CCIM courses. Goedeke also had training in commercial property management from IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) and has worked in property management for many years.
